UP 1943 at WIS-50

Oh!  That's why the red lights are flashing, there's a train coming!  (A later-bracketed exposure showed the backup lights on.)  UP EMD GP60 1943 still wears Cotton Belt colors as it leads the empty train past vehicles that seem to be oblivious to the train.  Mark W.
