GM12 to the Rescue!

298 tried everything the Diesel Doctor suggested, including something that caused a penalty brake application, so the crew tied up the train so they "don't roll backwards through the depot at 60MPH"...!!!  After about 45 minutes, GM12 comes to the rescue with CP EMD GP40 4609 and GP38-2 4437.  Mark W.
