WSOR 17665

WSOR cvd hopper 17665 is clearly a second- or third-hand covered hopper, but its generic grey paint scheme doesn't give much of a clue as to its former owner(s).  I believe this is also an FMC 4700 covered hopper, but the horizontal "dent" is not very pronounced.  Mark W.
