ILSX 1391 (EMD/ICG GP10) was recently repainted by the Wisconsin & Southern Railroad at Horicon, Wisconsin.  Here, 1391 awaits pickup by the Canadian Pacific at North Milwaukee.  In the background is the former Tower Automotive complex, which is in the process of being dismantled.  Mark W.
