Purple House

The purple house on 43rd St. and Howard Ave. in Milwaukee is a landmark, but an endangered one at that: As a result of a foreclosure, the house is for sale, and the neighborhood hopes that it gets torn down and replaced with a "normal" house.  The reason for the odd color was that the former owner (now deceased) had ongoing disputes with the City of Milwaukee.  Mark W.
