The Racine County North Shore Trail is still closed, although it looks like most of the paving work (at least on the north end of the trail) is done. In spite of all the signs and barricades, one cyclist continues south on the trail! Mark W. Hintz photo, 06/25/10, West Racine (Racine) WI
