At STH-50

Here's where the pavement begins – right where the trail takes a nice dip down the hill!  When this was still the Chicago & North Western (and for some years after the railroad was abandoned 1975), the tracks continued at this same grade over STH-50 on an overpass.  The trail takes the first left to continue to the east side of town.  Mark W.
