You'll notice that I have a tremendous number of photos and other images on this website. Most of these are my photos, with a few that have been entrusted to me by other valued contributors. Also, I pay for this website, with no incoming revenue to reimburse me for my expenses nor my efforts – that also means that there are no pesky ads, pop-ups, or spyware to ruin your Fuzzy World 3 experience! That being said, I do not allow anyone to hotlink or direct-link to photos or other images on Fuzzy World 3.
I want to use one of your photos for [other site or forum], can I hotlink it? No exceptions, sorry. Reread the above if you're still confused.
Your photo of [...] is awesome! Can I link to it? Links to JPG and GIF files themselves are not allowed, however a link to the page that the file is on is allowed, and even encouraged!
I tried using one of your pictures on [other site or forum] and all I got was a green message that said it wasn't available. Yep! That's 'cuz I don't want people to do that! I encourage *visitors* to my website, I don't want people stealing my images for use elsewhere – that's theft of my bandwidth, which I pay for and would like to protect. If you have a legitimate use for one of my images, send me an e-mail at the address listed on Contact Us.
Can I use your photo of [...]? Several parties have contacted me regarding use of my photos for other applications, and likewise I have done the same in a few cases. If you want to ask permission for use of one of my photos, please use the e-mail address on the Contact Us page. (If money is involved, be sure to let me know, so I can expedite the handling of your request!)
Can I put my photos on Fuzzy World 3? 
I do not allow anyone to "put" photos in the main sections of my site (e.g. "Photo Albums"), however, you can request photo submission guidelines for these sections by using the e-mail address on Contact Us. The notable exception to this rule is this site's discussion forum, in which fully-approved members may post photos. For more details, refer to the The Fuzzy World 3um.
Will Fuzzy World 3 host my photos for use elsewhere? If you want a place to exhibit your photos, I suggest Epson PhotoCenter^, as I have used that site for several years. If you are looking for a place to put photos for use in forums, free sites, MySpace, Xanga, etc., I suggest using PhotoBucket^.
Your counter contains spyware! No it doesn't. Anyone or anything that tells you otherwise doesn't know what they're talking about. StatCounter^ uses a cookie to track returning visitors. If you don't like it, that's fine, just block the cookie. Whether you block it or not, I can still get statistics one way or another! And I like statistics. So humor me, leave your cookies unblocked and your JavaScript turned on, it won't hurt anything!
