Sounds about right. Now that I've got Waukesha somewhat figured out, I can usually find my way around, though occasionally I still have trouble figuring out how to get from the west side into downtown.

The Moreland-White Rock and Broadway-Lincoln-whateverthatstreetis intersections could both stand to be replaced with roundabouts, though the former preferably after a grade separation...!!! :shock: Five Points? Not so much...

Do you mean a grade separation at Moreland the RR?

It sure would be nice to just elevate the whole CN rail corridor from Moreland to south of College.

Yep.

Also, central Oshkosh can be a major confusion for those not familiar with it, too, with the river and several paralleling streets coming into the downtown area from the northwest at that sharp diagonal and interfacing with the rest of the city's conventional grid.
