So today (Sat 8/28) I had to to get to work at 07:00 to wait for a delivery of dirt to our shop on 27th and Silver Spring in N. Milwaukee. While waiting at about 07:20 I heard a horn so I walked around to the side of the building and listened to groan of an EMD prime mover. A nice shinny red locomotive appeared from behind the brush. It was a NB L243 with a few covered hoppers and a bunch of gons. My question is, is this a normal time and day for this job to head up to Plymouth?
